Q : What is Grade A Rework mean

A  : Grade A Rework Means it has been returned to Karcher for some reason, IE Box Damage,

Ex Display, Under Guarantee Return. They are then Checked fully to ensure they are in full working order

Q : Are They guaranteed

A : They are Guaranteed to be in full working order on arrival, we also give a first class back up should you have a problem any time in the future as we carry 90% of all spares.

Q : What do they come with

A : They come as per the listing, ready to use. Any extras that may be mentioned in the Hand book or on the box are not included, unless stated
